How much does window cleaning cost?

How often should I get my windows cleaned?
For most homes around Orillia, twice a year works well: once in spring after the pollen and once in fall before winter. Lakefront homes and houses under a lot of trees often do better with three cleanings a year, which is what our tri-annual plan is built for.
Do I need to be home?
Not for exterior cleaning. Just make sure we can get into the yard and let us know about any pets. For interior cleaning, someone needs to be home to let us in.
Why pure water instead of soap?
Soap leaves a film that attracts dirt, and tap water leaves mineral spots when it dries. Pure water has nothing in it to leave behind, so it dries clear. Our TDS meter reads 000 ppm straight out of the filter.
What happens if it rains after my clean?
Clean glass actually handles rain much better, because rain spots usually come from dirt already on the window. Customers on our tri-annual plan also get a 7-day rain guarantee.
