Service plan questions
How does a service plan work?
Pick bi-annual (2 visits a year) or tri-annual (3 visits a year). We put you on the schedule with priority booking, and you save on every visit: 10% on bi-annual and 25% on tri-annual.
When are the visits?
Bi-annual customers usually book spring and fall. Tri-annual adds a summer visit, which is great for lakefront homes and houses under lots of trees.
What's the 7-day rain guarantee?
It's included with the tri-annual plan. If rain spots your windows within 7 days of a visit, let us know and we'll make it right.
What are the free hard-water panes?
Tri-annual customers get hard water stain removal on up to 5 panes free every visit. It's perfect for patio doors and windows that get hit by sprinklers.
